About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Intern who understands LinkedIn, enjoys researching brands, and can communicate professionally with potential clients.

You’ll support our marketing and business development efforts by identifying relevant brands, connecting with decision-makers, and helping turn outreach conversations into opportunities for influencer and creator campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Research brands and identify potential clients for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Find relevant marketing managers, brand managers, and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
- Write personalised connection requests, outreach messages, and emails.
- Manage follow-ups professionally and keep track of ongoing conversations.
- Maintain an organised lead tracker with contact details, responses, and next steps.
- Support campaign pitches, presentations, and creator shortlists.
- Suggest ways to improve outreach messaging and generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the team to move interested prospects towards meetings and campaign discussions.

What We’re Looking For
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn for professional networking and prospect research.
- Understanding of digital marketing, brand outreach, and lead generation.
- Strong written communication skills, especially in English.
- Ability to write clear,



relevant pitches rather than generic bulk messages.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.

Previous internship experience, college marketing projects, or examples of outreach work are a plus. Freshers with relevant skills are welcome. Probation Period The internship will begin with a 7–15 day probation period to assess your research quality, communication, outreach execution, consistency, and ability to implement feedback.

Continuation will depend on performance during this period. The exact probation duration, stipend terms, and expectations will be communicated before joining.
