Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing the company’s online presence, promoting its services across digital platforms, monitoring campaign performance, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement.

Role Responsibilities:

· Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and increase audience reach, engagement and candidate inquiries.

· Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Publish and promote reels, candidate success stories, and other marketing content.

· Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, including reach, impressions and lead conversions. Analyze marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.

· Content and Team Coordination: Coordinate with the Content Creator to plan marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.



Work with the CRM team to improve lead follow-ups and candidate conversions.

· Lead Generation and Market Research: Identify target audiences, implement suitable lead-generation strategies, and research competitors, industry trends, and recent digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills:

· Strong written communication, planning and analytical skills.

· Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online promotions is preferred.

· Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalent platforms.

Role Details:

Location: Chandragiri, Tirupati

Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 6 months - 2 years
