We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who wants to get really valuable at performance marketing. You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for businesses across India, from setup and tracking to daily optimisation and monthly reporting.

AI is part of how we work: you will use it to research keywords and audiences, generate and test ad copy, analyse results and spot problems early, while making sure every campaign is judged on leads and sales, not just clicks.

Responsibilities

- Set up and manage Google Search, Performance Max and YouTube campaigns, and Facebook & Instagram campaigns.

- Research keywords, audiences and competitors, and plan budgets with the team.

- Write and test ad copy and creative ideas,



using AI tools to produce and compare variations.

- Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel for calls, forms and WhatsApp.

- Monitor campaigns daily, cut wasted spend and scale what works.

- Prepare clear monthly reports and explain results and next steps to clients.

- Keep up with platform changes, AI features in Google and Meta Ads, and ad policies.

Requirements

- 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing;

certifications in Google Ads or Meta are a plus.

- Practical knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.

- Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and basic analytics.

- Regular user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude for research, copy and analysis.

- Good written English for ad copy and client reports.

- Curious, detail-oriented and keen to learn from data.

- Graduate in marketing, business or a related field preferred.
