About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to generate qualified leads for our real estate and home loan businesses.

The candidate should understand how digital advertising works and independently plan, launch, monitor and improve campaigns. Our priority is someone who can turn advertising spend into relevant enquiries, site visits, loan applications and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads,Facebook and Instagram and Google Ads.
- Generate leads for property sales, real estate enquiries and home loans.
- Select suitable campaign objectives, audiences, keywords, locations and budgets.
- Set up and improve lead forms, landing pages and WhatsApp enquiry

campaigns.
- Manage remarketing campaigns to reconnect with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the presenter, videographer and editor to develop effective advertising creatives, videos and copy.
- Test different creatives, audiences and landing pages to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.




- Set up and verify conversion tracking using tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality, follow-ups, site visits, applications and conversions.
- Maintain clear reports on advertising spend, qualified leads, cost per lead and business outcomes.
- Understand relevant advertising policies and ensure campaigns use accurate property and loan information.

Required Skills & Experience

- Practical experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, including

campaign setup and optimisation.
- Understanding of social media platforms and how to use them for customer acquisition.
- Ability to manage budgets responsibly and explain campaign performance clearly.
- Knowledge of lead generation funnels, conversion tracking, remarketing and audience targeting.
- Ability to distinguish between low-cost enquiries and leads with genuine buying or borrowing intent.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ownership mindset and the ability to work independently while coordinating with creative and sales teams.
- Real estate, home loan, banking or financial services marketing experience is preferred.

What We Expect We need someone who understands the complete processfrom an advertisement to an enquiry and finally a conversion. The candidate should be proactive, comfortable with a target-driven setting and willing to adjust campaigns based on sales feedback.
