About Cyond

Cyond (cyond.com) is a fast-growing startup offering professional water leak diagnosis services, with trained engineers who visit customer sites. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to grow our brand and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, run and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns
- Own lead generation: build funnels, landing pages and campaigns that bring in qualified bookings
- Drive SEO: keyword research, on-page and technical SEO, link building and local SEO (Google Business Profile)
- Execute D2C marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers directly
- Track and report performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions) using Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards
- Manage budgets and continuously test creatives, audiences and copy to improve results




- Coordinate with the content team and outside agencies on campaigns and creatives

Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Solid SEO knowledge with a record of improving organic traffic and rankings
- Experience in lead generation and D2C marketing
- Prior experience in startups with a clear track record of productivity and measurable results
- Comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console and Meta Business Suite
- Data-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently

- Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Job type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
