We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including marketing database, email, display, and advertising campaigns.

Develop and monitor monthly budgets for campaigns, website maintenance, brand awareness initiatives, and lead generation activities.

Plan and manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign performance and analyze key metrics.

Coordinate with advertising and media experts to optimize marketing results.

Identify and implement the latest trends and technologies affecting the real estate industry.

Evaluate and track website traffic metrics, service quotas, and target audience behavior.

Lead team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative growth strategies.

Oversee and manage digital projects including contests, giveaways, and promotional campaigns.





Maintain best practices across various social media platforms and website analytics.

Generate comprehensive monthly reports on all digital marketing activities and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
