Primary responsibility will be assisting with setting up backend CVENT coding, creating/updating CVENT registration sites from beginning to end, management of webinar sites, event communications for

Blackstone events, including adjusting HTML code of email templates and updating email content.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must be Graduate in BTech or BSC (Computer Science)





Minimum 4 years of experience in email marketing & email campaign management

Experience with CVENT Flex or like-event registration systems

HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/JQuery experienceCreate emails using HTML in CVENT (Blackstone s event marketing platform) or Dreamweaver, and set up in CVENT

Management of event registration/invitation lists

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of HTML and CSS coding Mandatory

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Mandatory

Update existing email templates in CVENT with new content

Problem solving ability and consideration of process improvements

Excellent organizational skills and robust attention to detail

Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

Maintain database hygiene by supporting standardization of CRM database field
