Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Dialysis Technician to operate dialysis equipment, assist in providing secure and effective dialysis treatment, and ensure proper patient care in coordination with nephrologists and the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, operate, and monitor hemodialysis machines before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
- Prepare dialysis equipment, dialyzers, bloodlines, and other required consumables.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any complications or adverse reactions to the medical team.
- Ensure proper patient identification and verify dialysis prescriptions before initiating treatment.
- Maintain strict infection control, aseptic techniques, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
- Perform machine disinfection, cleaning, and routine maintenance as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and maintain dialysis water quality as per established standards.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records, machine logs, and equipment maintenance records.




- Assist doctors and nurses during dialysis procedures and emergencies.
- Ensure the availability of dialysis consumables and report stock requirements.
- Educate patients on basic dialysis procedures and support their comfort and safety.
- Follow hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of hemodialysis procedures and dialysis equipment.
- Understanding of infection control and biomedical waste management.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to recognize complications and respond promptly according to protocol.
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Relevant registration or certification, wherever applicable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Hospital or dialysis centre experience will be an added advantage.
