DGM – QS Billing

Overview We are looking for an experienced QS & Billing professional with 17–25 Years of experience, preferably working with reputed real estate developers. The candidate should have strong expertise in quantity surveying, contractor billing, cost control, estimation, and commercial management of construction projects. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, dependable, and have a very stable career history.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage contractor billing, including RA bills, verification, certification, and final bill settlement.
- Review BOQs, quantities, rate analysis, estimates, and project cost calculations.
- Verify executed quantities against approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Monitor project budgets, cost variations, extra items, and deviation claims.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, contracts, finance, and site execution teams.
- Review contractor claims, reconcile quantities, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain cost reports, billing records, and commercial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project budgets, and internal approval processes.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E.



in Civil Engineering (completed before 2018).
- Experience: Minimum 17–25 Years of relevant professional experience.
- Substantial experience working directly with a real estate developer.
- Strong hands-on experience in QS, billing, estimation, BOQ, and cost control.
- Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or mixed-use projects preferred.
- Ability to manage contractor billing and commercial coordination independently.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
