Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and desktop applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network connectivity issues.
- Install and configure MS Office, Outlook, antivirus, and other business applications.
- Provide basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Active Directory.
- Perform desktop and laptop imaging, formatting, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.
- Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLA timelines.
- Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software records, and technical documentation.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Diploma or graduate qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or technical support.
- Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, and ticketing tools.
- Valuable communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience in corporate IT support is preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Expected In-Hand Salary: ₹25000 per month, subject to the final salary breakup.
