We are looking for enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineers (Freshers) to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support to end-users.

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows OS, MS Office, etc.).

- Assist in network connectivity and system performance checks.

- Maintain system updates, antivirus, and security patches.

- Log issues and solutions in the ticketing system.

- Coordinate with senior IT teams for escalated issues.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

- Understanding of Windows OS & networking concepts.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.

- Knowledge of ITIL process or ticketing tools.
