Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, applications, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and computer systems.
2. Provide support for Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and other applications.
3. Troubleshoot network, LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
4. Manage user accounts, Active Directory, and system access.
5. Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
6. Manage antivirus software, security updates, and system maintenance.
7. Maintain IT asset inventory and warranty records.
8. Provide support for printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
9. Handle helpdesk tickets,



remote support, and data backup.
10. Resolve technical issues promptly and ensure smooth IT operations.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and

networking.
- Understanding of Active Directory and IT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in desktop support or IT support.
- Relevant educational qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
