Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Desktop Publishing Specialist role based in Mumbai.

The Desktop Publishing

Specialist will create, format, and prepare marketing and technical materials such as brochures, product catalogs, manuals, and corporate documents for print and digital distribution. Daily responsibilities include working with text and graphics, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to translate technical content into clear, visually engaging layouts. The role involves updating existing materials,



managing revisions, preparing print-ready files, and optimizing designs for online use. The specialist will also support the development of corporate identity assets and maintain organized files and templates for efficient production.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Desktop Publishing skills, including proficiency with industry-standard software (CorelDraw, Photoshop).
- Candidates should possess skills in Corporate Identity and Graphic Design to maintain consistent branding across all materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphics and Brochures creation to produce clear, professional, and visually appealing marketing and product collateral.
- Relevant experience in print and digital production workflows, typography, and layout best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical information and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly documents.
- Solid attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills for handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Printing Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
