Key roles and responsibilities include:

- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues (e.g., printers, laptops, servers) and performing routine maintenance.
- Installation and Configuration: Setting up new user accounts, software applications, and operating systems.
- User Support (Service Desk): Providing support via phone, email, or chat, often organized into Tiers 1–3, ranging from password resets to complex infrastructure failures.
- Security and Monitoring: Ensuring data security, monitoring system performance, implementing security patches, and managing backups.
- Training: educating users on new technology or procedures.




- Other Work: System assembling, CCTV maintenance, bio metrics machine setup and maintenance, vendor communication and dealing,
- New products: search and imply new products for easy and rapid work.

IT Support Tiers:

- Tier 1 (L1): Front-line support for simple, common issues.
- Tier 2 (L2): Experienced technicians handling more complex problems.
- Tier 3 (L3): Expert-level support for advanced, critical system failures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
