Were looking for a design lead who can turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories. You could come from B2B, B2C, or a mix of both but must be excited about bringing strong visual thinking to enterprise tech.

What were looking for:

- ~6+ years in design (B2B, B2C, or both) with a strong portfolio of campaigns or brand work
- Ability to simplify complexity through design
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual systems
- Experience leading projects and junior designers
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative process

What youll do:

- Translate complex products and ideas into simple, engaging visual narratives
- Lead design across campaigns, brand systems, and key marketing assets
- Collaborate closely with writers and strategists to bring ideas to life
- Guide and elevate design quality across projects
