We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our R&D; Design team. The candidate will support product design, development, testing, and documentation activities related to electrical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the R&D; team in the design and development of electrical products and components.
- Support preparation and maintenance of engineering drawings, design specifications, and technical documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams on product development and design improvement initiatives.
- Assist in prototype development, product testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct basic technical analysis to support product performance, quality, and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards and internal quality requirements.
- Maintain design records and support continuous improvement activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Positive academic background and a strong interest in electrical / Mechanical product design and development.
- Candidates willing to work from the Thane & Sinnar R&D; facility.
Required Skills
- Good fundamental knowledge of engineering concepts.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering design tools will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
