:

- Prepare GA & revised GA drawing for customised project.
- Carry out design calculations & selection of components as per relevant standards and processes followed in organisation.
- Prepare details manufacturing drawing for customised project as well as std. mostly handle customised order.
- Innovations to enhance product features & product range.
- Kaizens to increase productivity.
- support to production team to solve drawing related issue.
- Compliance actions decided during internal meeting.
- To prepare checklist/plan to reduce errors in drawing.
- To compile data & drawings of cranes for future ref.
- To identify area for standardisation or design automation and work on the same.
- To train recent team members joining the team and guide/mentor existing young team members.
