Responsibility




- Start design kick of with filling required design formats get it approved

- Input data From Marketing
- Input data study understanding customers requirement
- Preparation of 3D model sub-assly. wise
- Arranging Design review meeting, without design review no further work
- Data Management customer data library

- DAP preparation
- BOM preparation, Hardware list
- Pneumatic / Hydraulic Circuit preparation
- Operation / sequence preparation for SPM / equipment designed
- 2D drawing preparation for manufacturing release in proper format
- Why why analysis for mistakes in projects / Design / Assly. / MFG
- 2D drawing preparation for assembly release in proper format
- Design calculation documentation project wise document filing / storage
- As an when required customer plant visit
- Involvement problem solving till dispatch
- Work to be done as per ISO documentation on day to day basis

- Machine manual Preparation
- Cost reduction for bought out Manufacturing parts By using economy model
