Role & responsibilities

- Clinical & Administrative Oversight: Supervises daily hospital operations, clinical services, and medical staff compliance with standard protocol.
- Quality & Accreditation Management: Ensures strict adherence to patient safety, infection control, and NABH/JCI accreditation standards
- Resource Allocation: Manages duty rosters, resolves inter-departmental conflicts, and oversees equipment and supply inventory.
- Grievance & Medico-Legal Handling: Addresses patient complaints, oversees emergency situations, and handles legal/medico-legal hospital issues

Preferred candidate profile MBBS qualified with relevant Healthcare Experience
