Role Description The Deputy Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Saharanpur.

The Deputy

Manager will support branch operations, oversee day-to-day activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring loan portfolios and customer accounts, managing cash and documentation, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. The role involves collaborating with senior management to achieve sales and collection targets, preparing periodic reports,



and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of financial services operations, including lending processes, collections, and branch management.
- Experience in customer relationship management and the ability to address customer needs professionally.
- Proficiency in basic financial analysis, reporting, and use of standard office and banking software.
- Effective leadership, team supervision, and people management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an NBFC, bank, or related financial institution is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Saharanpur, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets ethically and consistently.
