Job Summary

ICFAI Business School (IBS) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Deputy Manager to manage student admissions, marketing activities, business development, and institutional relationships. The candidate will be responsible for driving student enrolments, developing new partnerships, conducting promotional activities, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Admissions & Counselling

- Drive admissions for MBA/PGPM programs and achieve assigned enrolment targets.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding programs, eligibility, entrance examinations, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Monitor the admission pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads and conversions.

2. Marketing & Business Development

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote IBS programs.
- Develop relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, educational consultants, and other relevant organizations.
- Identify new opportunities for student outreach and admission generation.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, education fairs,



campus visits, and promotional events.

3. Team Management

- Supervise and guide the admissions and marketing team.
- Allocate targets, monitor team performance, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support team members in improving counselling effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, admissions, and target achievement.

4. Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and external partners.

5. Reporting & Target Achievement

- Track leads, counselling sessions, applications, and confirmed admissions.
- Analyse admission trends and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure achievement of admission, marketing, and business development targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
