We are Hiring Electrical Planning Lead for a Data Center Project in Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of E&M; works for Data Center projects using Primavera P6/MS Project.

- Develop and track master schedules, look-ahead plans, milestones, and critical path activities.

- Coordinate with Engineering, BIM, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams to ensure timely project delivery.

- Monitor project progress, productivity, resources, engineering deliverables, and material procurement status.

- Perform schedule variance analysis, risk assessment, and drive recovery plans to mitigate delays.

- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

- Facilitate client, consultant, subcontractor,



and internal project review meetings.

- Support forecasting, project controls, commissioning schedules, and handover planning.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

- Experience in large-scale Data Center, Industrial, or Commercial MEP projects.

- Solid knowledge of project controls, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
