- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of configured solutions, including user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, providing detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Develop and maintain configuration documentation, including system design, workflows, and user guides,



ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the configured solutions, including Contact Aptia Pensions, and assist with user adoption and change management efforts.
- Utilize your UI/UX experience to design and enhance the user interface and experience of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with industry best practices.

Skills Required

- Fair knowledge of the UK Pensions industry, with experience across different business areas (member and scheme operations).
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving attitude.

Preferred
