Are you an experienced Stores professional with expertise in managing multi-project store operations, inventory control, and physical stock audits? We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our team!

? Position: AGM/DGM/GM – Stores

? Location: Bengaluru

? Experience: 15+ Years

?️ Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and lead Stores Department staff across all project sites.

✅ Conduct physical stock verification and inventory audits across projects.

✅ Monitor stock reconciliation, material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.

✅ Ensure accurate inventory records and compliance with company policies and SOPs.

✅ Identify stock discrepancies, material wastage, and inventory losses.





✅ Prepare MIS reports on stock positions, audit findings, and material movements.

✅ Coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Finance, and QS teams for effective material management.

✅ Standardize store operations and improve inventory control across all projects.

? What We’re Looking For:

- Solid experience in construction stores and inventory management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project stores and lead teams.
- Expertise in physical stock audits, stock reconciliation, and ERP-based inventory management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.
