Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and safe plant execution of the chemical manufacturing plant.

- Ensure production targets and schedules achieved daily

- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety standards FSSC, FSSAI, ISO, GMP, etc.

- Oversee plant safety programs and ensure that all employees are trained on safety protocols and best practices.

- Monitor safety performance and ensure proper corrective actions are taken.

- Ensure that products meet the required quality standards and specifications.

- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues or discrepancies.

- Implement and maintain systems for quality control and continuous improvement in production.

- Monitor and optimize material balance, energy consumption, and other operational costs.

- Identify areas of cost reduction without compromising on product quality or safety.





- Work closely with engineering team ensure overall equipment availability

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate raw materials are available for production.

- Collaborate with procurement teams to maintain effective supply chain operations.

- Ensure productive distribution of finished goods.

- Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure professional development opportunities for team members.

- Prepare regular reports on production performance, safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
