To lead solar PV module design, product engineering and end-to-end quality management, ensuring that products meet stringent performance, reliability, safety and regulatory requirements. The role will drive design optimization, product qualification, manufacturing quality, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction while supporting new product development, cost competitiveness and business growth. The position will work closely with Manufacturing, R&D;, Process Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service teams to deliver high-quality, reliable and commercially competitive solar modules.

Lead end-to-end solar PV module design, product engineering and quality management, including module architecture, BOM optimization, design validation, current product development and technology upgrades.



Drive quality assurance and control across incoming materials, manufacturing processes and finished products, ensuring compliance with applicable IEC, BIS and customer standards. Oversee product qualification, reliability testing, failure analysis, supplier quality, engineering change management and certification.

Lead root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, customer complaint resolution and field performance improvement, while driving defect reduction, yield improvement, cost optimization and continuous improvement in collaboration with Manufacturing, R&D;, Procurement and other cross-functional teams.
