Deployment Engineer

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage network deployment activities across 6–8 districts, with regular field visits.

- Conduct joint site surveys with Operations for new network rollouts, including Backbone, Last Mile, Quality and FTTB.

- Coordinate ROW (Right of Way) documentation, site deviation checks and planning approvals.

- Monitor and resolve network outages, including ATC pending sections during day and night.

- Coordinate with Airtel teams and partners to resolve work-related issues and verify Purchase Orders (POs).

- Track RFAI readiness with the respective TOCO/partners.

- Monitor partners and ensure achievement of monthly deployment targets, from OSP declaration to RFS/ATOC.

- Ensure all deployment activities are completed on time and as per quality standards.

- Coordinate with internal teams, partners and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
