What This Role Is All About The Boomi Lead Engineer serves as the primary technical lead for the enterprise integration platform, responsible for supporting, and maintaining integrations across the organization's application landscape. This role acts as the technical resource and L2 escalation point for all Boomi-related support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and operational activities.

The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Boomi development, production support, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting while collaborating closely with business, NetSuite, Infios, SaaS applications and infrastructure teams.

Your Key Areas of Focus

- Serve as the primary technical lead and L2 escalation point for integration services.
- Diagnose and resolve complex integration incidents, failures, and performance bottlenecks.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Design, develop, and enhance integrations using modern integration patterns and best practices.
- Support production deployments, releases, environment changes, and operational activities.
- Monitor platform health and proactively address performance or reliability issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with business and application teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to integration developers.
- Develop and support integrations using APIs, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, SFTP, and database technologies.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, coding guidelines, and governance requirements.
- Participate in on-call support and major incident response activities.
- Partner with NetSuite, Infios, infrastructure,



and application teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

What Were Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere.
- Strong expertise in API integrations, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, SFTP, and database technologies.
- Experience supporting production integration environments and mission-critical applications.
- Expertise in integration architecture, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Boomi API Management and event-driven integration patterns.
- Robust understanding of ERP, WMS, and SaaS integration ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineering teams.
- Experience working within complex, multi-system enterprise environments.

- Experience integrating with NetSuite and other ERP platforms.
- Boomi Professional Developer certification.
- Experience with Boomi Event Streams and API Management.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, and application performance tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
- Experience supporting global enterprise environments.
- Understanding of cloud integration architectures and managed cloud services.
