What This Role Is All About The Boomi Integration Manager leads the enterprise Integration Services function, overseeing the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of Likewize's integration landscape. This role is accountable for ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable integrations across NetSuite, Infios, enterprise applications, external partners, and cloud platforms.

The role combines Boomi platform administration, service management, operational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and integration roadmap planning.

Working closely with business leaders, technology teams, and service providers, the successful candidate will drive integration modernization, establish governance standards, and ensure high service performance across global operations.

This is a leadership role requiring strong people management, operational governance, vendor coordination, and enterprise integration expertise.

Your Key Areas of Focus

- Lead and develop the global Integration Services team.
- Define and execute the enterprise integration strategy and roadmap.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for integration delivery and support.
- Oversee integration operations, platform administration, enhancement delivery, and production support.
- Govern environment management across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Drive platform reliability through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
- Manage integration-related upgrades, releases, patching activities, and change implementations.
- Champion Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical service disruptions.
- Partner with business, application, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Monitor service performance through KPIs, SLAs, operational reviews,



and continuous improvement programs.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements.
- Prioritize demand, manage resource allocation, and support enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Provide executive-level communication during major incidents and operational reviews.
- Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships.

What Were Looking For

- 12+ years of experience in enterprise integration and middleware technologies.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing integration teams or managed service environments.
- Strong experience with Boomi AtomSphere platform administration and governance.
- Solid understanding of API-led, event-driven, and cloud integration architectures.
- Experience supporting integrations across ERP, WMS, SaaS, and enterprise platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Experience defining and implementing integration standards and governance frameworks.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven experience leading geographically distributed teams.
- Strong analytical, operational, and decision-making capabilities.

Extra Skills We’d Love to See

- Experience with NetSuite and ERP integrations
- Boomi Professional Architect or Administrator certifications.
- Experience with Infios, NetSuite, or similar SaaS platforms.
- Experience with FreshService or enterprise service management platforms.




- Experience managing third-party vendors or managed service providers.
- Knowledge of cloud-native integration and automation practices.
