Own and chair steering committee meetings with client executives, prepare comprehensive project status reports, and facilitate regular reviews to ensure project alignment with business objectives and timely resolution of any open issues.
Translate requirements into technical execution plans.
Drive adoption of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows across client environments.
Collaborate with architects and engineers on solution design.
Track delivery health: scope, risks, dependencies, and quality.
Engage enterprise stakeholders to align delivery expectations.
Mentor junior engineers and consultants in delivery practices.
Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of proven experience managing/delivering software or digital transformation projects for large enterprises (MUST HAVE).
Strong experience with SaaS implementations, system integration, or workflow automation.
Knowledge of low-code platforms, iPaaS, ETL/Reverse ETL, and AI-driven solutions.
Hands-on familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
Solid client engagement and communication skills.
Domain Experience In BFSI, Or Other Enterprise Verticals Preferred Right client centric attitude and commitment to get work done.
