Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/system.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Ensure skilled, ethical, and compliant communication with customers. ### Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Collections/Recovery.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
