Location: Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Open Positions: 5

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month (In-Hand)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational weekly off)

Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls for overdue payment collection and recovery follow-ups.
- Explain outstanding dues and repayment options to customers.
- Follow up on payment commitments and maintain customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and collection targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and follow company guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telecalling, collections, or debt recovery preferred.
- Freshers may apply if suitable.




- Certificate of Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) is Mandatory.
- Both candidates can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
