Supervision and Safety

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the day care.
- Supervise daily activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise day care staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
- Delegate responsibilities and tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Curriculum Development:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
- Develop a curriculum that aligns with the developmental needs of the children.
- Foster a learning environment that encourages creativity and socialization.

Parent Communication:
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents and guardians.
- Provide regular updates on children's activities, progress, and behavior.




- Address parental concerns and collaborate on child development strategies.

Administrative Tasks:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including attendance records and billing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children, staff, and activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

Health and Nutrition:
- Oversee the implementation of health and hygiene standards.
- Ensure that meals and snacks provided are nutritionally balanced and meet dietary requirements.

Budget Management:
- Assist in budget planning and management of day care resources.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and care.
- Certification in childcare or Montessori training (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience working in a daycare or early childhood setting.
- Robust understanding of child development, safety, and nurturing care.
