As a Databricks + AI Senior Manager you will lead data engineering work focused on designing data pipelines, data integration, and data transformation solutions that help turn raw information into actionable insight within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, bring strategic direction to complex data and AI work, and coach teams through ambiguity while using sound judgment, clear communication, and a focus on operational excellence. In this role at PwC, you will guide delivery across Databricks and AI initiatives, shape client outcomes through advanced technical skills, and contribute to data solutions that support informed decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities

- Designing and developing Databricks-based data pipelines and transformation workflows for client data modernization initiatives
- Leading large-scale data engineering workstreams across cloud platforms to support analytics and AI use cases




- Advising clients on data architecture, data lake, and data warehouse design choices that align with business goals
- Translating complex data requirements into scalable integration, modeling, and validation solutions
- Directing technical teams through planning, delivery, and troubleshooting of data engineering platforms and workflows
- Applying knowledge of Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, AWS, and Databricks to deliver integrated data solutions
- Evaluating data quality, database performance, and query tuning opportunities to improve pipeline reliability and processing speed
- Coaching team members through delivery challenges while maintaining explicit communication with client stakeholders

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
