Job highlights

- . Bachelors degree in Finance,Accounting,or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices and ensure monthly services are billed according to client agreements.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Reconcile AR accounts and generate aging reports with detailed analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection efforts.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, ideally in global operations.
- Proven experience handling large volumes of transactions with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for global collaboration.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in NetSuite, Zendesk,



or online payment platforms being a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing financial landscapes.
