About the Role:

As Lead Analytics Consulting, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. You will partner with business executives and functional leaders to identify high-impact challenges, translate complex business problems into transparent analytical frameworks, and lead multi-disciplinary teams through end-to-end DS/ML project lifecyclesfrom initial scoping through production deployment and business value realization.

In this techno-functional role, you will lead customer engagement, direct project delivery alongside Data Scientists and Data Engineers, and drive measurable business and financial outcomes for enterprise clientswith a strong focus on the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) / Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

Core Responsibilities:

- Problem Structuring: Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytics statements and quantifiable ROI models through client workshops.
- End-to-End Delivery: Drive full-lifecycle DS/ML programs—from initial data scoping and modeling to production deployment, MLOps, and user adoption.
- Value Realization: Measure and articulate the financial impact of deployed analytics (e.g., revenue lift, demand accuracy, trade spend efficiency).
- Techno-Functional Leadership:



Partner with client executives, manage project governance, and guide technical teams (Data Scientists & Engineers).
- Account Growth & Practice Building: Identify business expansion opportunities, lead pre-sales/proposals (POVs, POCs), and mentor junior consulting talent.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- End-to-End DS/ML Experience: Proven track record of architecting, deploying, and operationalizing machine learning models into production.
- CPG / FMCG Domain Expertise: Exposure to domain use cases (e.g., Demand Forecasting, Supply Chain Optimization, Trade Promotion, Revenue Management).
- Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Background in management/analytics consulting, pre-sales, and presenting to executive business leaders.
- Applied AI/ML Knowledge: Solid grasp of ML techniques (regression, time-series, classification, optimization, GenAI) and their business application.

Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute or Master’s in Data Science, Engineering, or Quantitative fields preferred. If interested, please share the below details.
