Role Description The Data Entry Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems related to customers, vehicles, services, and transactions. Day-to-day tasks include verifying source documents, correcting data inconsistencies, and ensuring records are complete and up to date.





The role involves working closely with other team members to support administrative processes, generating basic reports, and maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Typing skills and general Computer Literacy for accurate and effective data entry.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to clarify information and coordinate with team members.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities to support internal and external stakeholders when needed.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills to manage records, organize documents, and support office operations.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling data.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems is an advantage.
