- Validate all ICQ and credit reports for data consistency
- Maintain ICQ dashboards
- Based on Data identify risk triggers on a daily weekly and monthly basis
- Send the triggers to field and track closures of the same from field team s
- Coordinate with Field ICQ for Reports based on pre-defined schedule of Audits
- Maintain and submit info in ICQ software
