Dashboard Data Entry Assistant – Swaad Sweets

About the Role

Swad Sweets is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Dashboard Data Entry Assistant to keep our business records accurate and up to date. You’ll enter information into our dashboard, check records for errors, and help the team maintain organized daily reports.

Responsibilities

- Enter and update sales, orders, inventory, expenses, and other business information in the dashboard.
- Verify entries against receipts, invoices, and other source records.
- Identify missing information, duplicate entries, and discrepancies, and flag them for review.
- Maintain organized digital records and supporting documents.
- Prepare routine reports and summaries as requested.
- Coordinate with staff to collect information and clarify incomplete records.




- Handle business and customer information confidentially.
- Complete assigned updates accurately and on time.

Qualifications
- Robust attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow instructions, organize records, and meet deadlines.
- Clear communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience with business dashboards or inventory systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
