Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter inbound, outbound, and inventory transaction data into the WMS/ERP system.
- Update stock records, material receipts, dispatch details, and inventory adjustments.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Verify documents such as GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, and stock transfer notes.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and transport teams to ensure timely data updates.
- Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies for corrective action.
- Maintain physical and electronic records of warehouse transactions.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
