Oracle SQL/PLSQL Developer - ETL & Data Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SQL/PLSQL Developer with strong expertise in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, Performance Tuning, and Test Automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise data solutions in an AWS-based Oracle environment.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development
- Expertise in Data Modelling, Database Design, and Data Architecture
- Hands-on experience in Performance Tuning of SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
- Solid understanding of OLTP and Data Warehousing concepts
- Experience in ETL/ELT development using Informatica
- Robust experience in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, and Data Validation practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience working with Oracle databases on AWS
- Experience with job scheduling and workflow orchestration tools such as Autosys or Apache Airflow




- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good to Have

- Exposure to cloud-native data platforms and automation frameworks
- Experience with version control tools such as Git
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL programs, packages, procedures, and functions
- Design and optimize data models for transactional and analytical systems
- Build, enhance, and support ETL/ELT workflows using Informatica
- Perform database performance tuning and query optimization
- Implement automated testing and data quality validation processes
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Support and maintain Oracle workloads hosted on AWS
- Monitor and manage batch jobs using Autosys/Airflow
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
