About the Role:

At Statiq, we’re building the future of EV charging by making electric mobility more accessible, reliable, and seamless. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Business Analyst with a product mindset who can connect business needs, data, technology, and execution to drive meaningful outcomes. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges, translate requirements into clear and actionable insights, and help our data and product teams solve the right problems.

You’ll bring structure to ambiguous requirements, connect the dots between business objectives and data, and ensure that insights translate into decisions and action.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Engage with stakeholders across business functions to understand objectives, identify pain points, and gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear problem statements, functional requirements, process flows, and actionable insights for data, product, and technology teams.
- Work closely with data and analytics teams to ensure business questions are clearly defined; analysis is aligned with business objectives,



and insights are easy for stakeholders to interpret and act upon.
- Adopt a product-oriented approach to problem-solving by understanding the underlying business need, evaluating possible solutions, and identifying opportunities to improve products, processes, and user experiences.
- Analyse business performance, operational metrics, trends, and gaps to identify improvement opportunities and support data-backed decision-making.
- Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for automation, process optimisation, improved analysis, and smarter business workflows.
- Map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align requirements, manage dependencies, clarify priorities, and ensure timely execution of business initiatives.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, business trackers, and analytical frameworks to improve visibility into business performance.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of business requirements gathering,



problem-solving, process mapping, and translating business needs into actionable insights.
- A product-minded approach with the ability to understand the why behind a requirement and evaluate solutions from a business and user perspective.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect analysis with business goals, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with data, analytics, product, or technology teams to solve business problems.
- Familiarity with AI tools, AI-driven workflows, and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify relevant business use cases.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, dashboards, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
