About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team at CoRide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analysing, and interpreting data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and Excel, and experience working with data visualization tools to present meaningful insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
- Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Power BI or Tableau.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business operations and performance.
- Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and business teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency.




- Support management in decision-making through actionable insights and analytical reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation and reporting.
- Good understanding of data cleaning, data validation, data modelling, and data visualisation.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analysing operational, transactional, or business performance data.
- Familiarity with KPIs, MIS reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience working with large datasets and automating reports.
- Knowledge of the mobility, transportation, logistics, or technology industry is an advantage.

Compensation ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
