We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst / Analytics Consultant with 4-7 years of experience in Power BI reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and reporting, along with FMCG/CPG domain knowledge in

Pricing, Distribution, and P&L; Analytics. The candidate should be able to independently gather requirements, develop reports, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Build and optimize data models, DAX measures, and calculations.
- Perform data transformation using Power Query.
- Manage report publishing, refresh schedules, and datasets in Power BI Service.
- Analyze pricing, distribution, sales performance, and profitability metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Reporting.




- Robust hands-on experience in Power BI Dashboard & Report Development.
- Knowledge of Import, DirectQuery, Live Connection, and Composite Models.
- Understanding Power Query, DAX, Star & Snowflake Schema, Measures vs Calculated Columns,

Incremental & Scheduled Refresh.
- Experience with SQL Server, Excel, SharePoint, Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle, APIs, or Google

BigQuery.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG/CPG reporting, Pricing Analytics, Distribution Analytics, and P&L;

Analysis.

Preferred Skills

- SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Copilot / AI capabilities in Power BI.
- Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud data platforms.

Excel Skills (Mandatory)

- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions
- Basic Reporting & Analytical Formulas, Conditional Formulas
