Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain dashboards for e-commerce, marketing, and growth metrics.

- Analyze performance across Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Email/SMS, and other channels.

- Perform cohort, retention, LTV, and customer behavior analyses.

- Create executive reporting and actionable business insights.

- Reconcile data across systems and improve reporting automation.

- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Robust SQL and Excel/Google Sheets expertise.

- Experience with e-commerce and Shopify data.

- Solid understanding of CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, Conversion Rate, Retention, and LTV metrics.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

- Ability to work independently on ambiguous business problems.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.

- Python or R for analytics and automation.

- Familiarity with GA4, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Amazon, and attribution platforms.

- Experience in DTC, subscription, or performance marketing environments.
