- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies across various business functions.
- Risk & Operations Monitoring: Track and assess risk trends, dispute patterns, and transaction behaviors to enhance risk mitigation strategies.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct routing checks, refund trend analysis, and P&L; optimizations to improve overall system efficiency.
- Cohort & Differential Analysis: Provide detailed insights into cohort behaviors, refund retention strategies, and transaction flow optimizations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Risk, Operations,



and Finance teams to implement data-driven strategies.
- Process Automation & Reporting: Develop dashboards, monthly reports, and summary sheets to provide visibility into key metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
