About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented data analyst who can turn large, messy datasets into transparent, actionable insights. The role will own data collation, cleanup, reporting, and analysis across key business functions and help the team make faster, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting: Own daily MIS and key business dashboards; ensure accurate, timely, and structured reporting across functions.

Inventory Analytics: Track inventory aging, reconciliation, and stock movement and identify key inventory-related gaps and trends.

Performance Marketing: Maintain ROAS, spend, and campaign performance trackers; analyze marketing KPIs and highlight opportunities.

Data Management & Analysis: Clean, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.

Business Analytics:



Build and track key KPIs across e-commerce, sales, operations, supply chain, and other business functions.

Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to simplify and improve reporting processes and automate repetitive, data-related tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

What We’re Looking for:

2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, MIS, or a similar role.

Extremely strong analytical and logical thinking with exceptional attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Strong ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and independently solve data problems. Familiarity with Claude/AI tools for data analysis and productivity is preferred. SQL and Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage. High ownership, curiosity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
