Job Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

- Work on plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and custom business logic.

- Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps.

- Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business processes.

- Work with Dataverse, C#, .NET, and REST APIs for integrations.

- Handle data migration, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical teams.

- Provide technical support and maintain project documentation.

Required Skills





- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technical development.

- Strong knowledge of D365 CRM customization and configuration.

- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and plugins.

- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Knowledge of Web API, REST APIs, and system integrations.

- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or other CRM modules.

- Knowledge of Azure services and DevOps.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are an advantage.
