Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality parts with precision and efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including part specifications, quality control checks, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow processes and improve overall productivity.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in CNC grinding or related field (cylindrical grinding).
- Robust understanding of CNC grinding machine operation principles and techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings accurately.
- Basic computer skills for data entry into electronic systems.
