About the Opportunity

ThriveIn CyberSpace is seeking skilled and passionate Cybersecurity Trainers to deliver practical, industry-oriented cybersecurity training to college students.

This is a project-based opportunity for trainers with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging classroom sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and practical cybersecurity exercises.

Mandatory requirement: Trainers must be willing to travel to assigned college locations and deliver training on-site across the specified states. Travel, food, and accommodation will be provided by the company. Remote or work-from-home training is not available for this assignment.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, classroom-based cybersecurity training to college students.
- Conduct hands-on labs, practical demonstrations, and guided exercises.




- Prepare presentations, assignments, assessments, and training materials.
- Explain technical concepts through real-world scenarios and industry examples.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain attendance and training progress reports.
- Deliver sessions in English and the relevant regional language, as required.
- Travel to assigned institutions and complete the scheduled training program.
- Ensure all practical cybersecurity exercises follow authorized and ethical practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, or relevant specialized domains.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to students with varying levels of knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and the relevant regional language.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site across the specified states.
- Availability for the project duration from November 2026 to January 2027.

Preferred qualifications:

- B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, M.Sc. IT, or a related technical qualification.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
- Previous experience delivering cybersecurity training to college students.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, lab environments, and practical exercises.

Compensation & Benefits
- ₹50,000–₹65,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.
- Travel, food, and accommodation provided by the company.
